What counts as an execution?

One successful enrollment of one contact into one sequence. A 5-email sequence = 1 execution (not 5).

Do failed enrollments count?

No. Only successful enrollments count toward your limit.

Do you charge per user?

No. Plans are based on execution volume, not number of users or team members.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan (25 executions/month) is your trial. Upgrade when you need more capacity.

Do you offer annual billing?

Coming soon. Will save 20% vs monthly billing.

What's your refund policy?

14-day full refund on first month. After that, no refunds but you keep access until end of billing period.

Is upgrading mid-month prorated?

Yes. You pay only for remaining days at the new rate. New limit applies immediately.

What happens if I exceed my limit?

Workflows continue for 7 days. After that, they pause until you upgrade or next billing cycle.
