Are there API rate limits?
AutoSeq respects HubSpot's API limits. For high-volume usage (>500 executions/hour), we implement queuing to prevent rate limit issues.
How often does data sync?
Automatically every 24 hours. You can manually sync anytime.
How long does enrollment take?
Usually instant (within 10 seconds of workflow trigger). During high load, up to 60 seconds.
Does AutoSeq retry failed enrollments?
No automatic retry. You must fix the root cause (e.g., invalid email) and re-trigger the workflow.
Which HubSpot plans work with AutoSeq?
Sales Hub Pro or higher required. Sequences are not available on Starter or Free HubSpot plans.
Can I connect multiple HubSpot portals?
Yes, create separate workspaces for each portal. Each workspace connects to one HubSpot account.
What data does AutoSeq store?
Only metadata: sequence names, user names/emails, execution records (who/when/which sequence). No email content or contact details.
What's the uptime SLA?
Professional plan: 99.9% uptime SLA. Free/Starter: Best effort, no SLA.
