Resolve data synchronization problems between AutoSeq and HubSpot.
Sync Not Working
Problem: Clicked sync but nothing happens
Solutions:
- Wait 30 seconds for sync to complete
- Refresh page
- Check HubSpot connection status
- Try again in 5 minutes
New Sequence Not Appearing
Problem: Created sequence but not in AutoSeq
Solutions:
- Verify sequence is saved in HubSpot (not draft)
- Click "Sync Data" in AutoSeq
- Wait 30 seconds
- Refresh workflow page in HubSpot
User Not Syncing
Problem: User in HubSpot but not in AutoSeq
Requirements for sync:
- ✅ Sales Hub Pro license
- ✅ Email connected in HubSpot
- ✅ User is active (not deactivated)
If all met, sync data and wait 30 seconds
Data Seems Outdated
Problem: AutoSeq showing old information
Check:
- Last sync timestamp (should be within 24 hours)
- Manual sync if needed
- Verify changes were saved in HubSpot
