Resolve data synchronization problems between AutoSeq and HubSpot.

Sync Not Working

Problem: Clicked sync but nothing happens

Solutions:

  1. Wait 30 seconds for sync to complete
  2. Refresh page
  3. Check HubSpot connection status
  4. Try again in 5 minutes

New Sequence Not Appearing

Problem: Created sequence but not in AutoSeq

Solutions:

  1. Verify sequence is saved in HubSpot (not draft)
  2. Click "Sync Data" in AutoSeq
  3. Wait 30 seconds
  4. Refresh workflow page in HubSpot

User Not Syncing

Problem: User in HubSpot but not in AutoSeq

Requirements for sync:

  • ✅ Sales Hub Pro license
  • ✅ Email connected in HubSpot
  • ✅ User is active (not deactivated)

If all met, sync data and wait 30 seconds

Data Seems Outdated

Problem: AutoSeq showing old information

Check:

  • Last sync timestamp (should be within 24 hours)
  • Manual sync if needed
  • Verify changes were saved in HubSpot
