Rotation Issues

Fix problems with inbox rotation strategies and distribution.

Uneven Distribution

Problem: One member getting 60%, others 20% each

Solutions:

  1. Check rotation period hasn't been reset
  2. Verify all members are active with connected emails
  3. Review custom percentages if configured
  4. Consider resetting rotation (delete and recreate)

Member Has 0% Distribution

Problem: Rotation member never receives leads

Possible causes:

  • Recently added (hasn't cycled to them yet)
  • Email disconnected in HubSpot
  • User deactivated
  • Lost Sales Hub Pro license

Fix:

  1. Sync data in AutoSeq
  2. Check user status in HubSpot
  3. Remove and re-add to rotation if needed

Rotation Not in Dropdown

Problem: Created rotation but not in workflow

Solutions:

  1. Refresh HubSpot workflow page
  2. Verify rotation was saved in AutoSeq
  3. Check rotation has at least 2 members
  4. Confirm workspace ID matches

All Enrollments Going to One Person

Problem: Rotation only using one mailbox

Check:

  1. Rotation has multiple active members
  2. All members' emails are connected
  3. Rotation period is appropriate for volume
