How many sequences can I have?
Unlimited on all plans. AutoSeq syncs all sequences from your HubSpot account.
How many rotation strategies can I create?
Unlimited on all plans. Create as many as needed for different teams or use cases.
How many members can be in a rotation?
No limit, but 2-5 members is ideal for fair distribution. More members require higher lead volume.
Which HubSpot objects can trigger workflows?
Contacts only. AutoSeq enrolls contacts into sequences. Company/deal-based workflows must use associated contacts.
Can one workflow enroll in multiple sequences?
Yes. Add multiple AutoSeq actions to one workflow, each with different sequences.
Can I conditionally choose sequences?
Yes. Use HubSpot workflow branches to route to different AutoSeq actions based on contact properties.
Can AutoSeq unenroll contacts from sequences?
Not currently. AutoSeq handles enrollment only. Unenrollment is managed in HubSpot directly.
How long is analytics data retained?
Forever. All execution history is preserved for the life of your workspace.
